2. Reservations & Bookings
- All reservations must be made in advance through our website or by phone.
- Accurate pickup location, flight details (if applicable), and valid contact information are required at the time of booking.
- Last-minute reservations are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
3. Payment Policy
- We accept major credit cards and secure online payment methods.
- Full payment or a valid card authorization is required to confirm your booking.
- Additional charges may apply for tolls, parking fees, waiting time, or extra stops requested during the trip.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
- Free cancellation is available if made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of pickup may be subject to a cancellation fee.
- No-shows will be charged the full booking amount.
5. Delays & Waiting Time
- Airport pickups include complimentary waiting time of up to 30 minutes after flight arrival.
- Additional waiting time will be charged in 15-minute increments.
- While we monitor flight schedules, Indy Elite Limo LLC is not responsible for delays caused by airlines or other external factors.
6. Passenger Conduct
- Smoking, alcohol consumption, and illegal substances are strictly prohibited inside all vehicles.
- Passengers are responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle during the ride.
- Drivers reserve the right to refuse service if passenger behavior compromises safety or violates company policies.
7. Liability
Indy Elite Limo LLC is not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather conditions, road closures, accidents, or other unforeseen circumstances. We strongly recommend allowing extra travel time to ensure timely arrivals, especially for airport transfers.
8. Privacy Policy
All customer information is handled with strict confidentiality. We do not share personal data with third parties except when required by law or necessary to complete your service.
